Christmas Eve 2021: Opening hours for Dunnes Stores, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Supervalu in Ireland - RSVP Live

Christmas Eve is the final day that you can walk into shops for last-minute gifts or groceries before they close for Christmas Day.

While the majority will remain closed on St. Stephen’s Day, some will open back up.

It can be a busy time as you try to juggle everything, so we've done all the hard work and gathered the opening times for Dunnes Stores, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and SuperValu.

Dunnes Stores

Dunnes Stores will be operating extended opening hours right across Ireland for Christmas 2021.

Hours may change depending on the location of the stores with busier locations have further expended days.

Lidl has announced that their stores will close on Christmas Day, St. Stephens Day and New Year's Day.

Weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, will remain open from 8 am until 9 pm with Sundays closing from 9 am to 9 pm.

Tesco stores around the country will only be closed on Christmas Day with the supermarket operating extended opening hours during the holiday season.

• Monday December 27th: 9am to 8pm

Supervalu

Supervalu branches are each run individually and therefore they will operate with varying opening hours during Christmas.
