The haul, which included coveted pieces such as a $450 Creator police station and a Millennium Falcon set valued over $1,200, also unveiled Lego sets themed around popular franchises like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings.

Authorities conducted a series of raids across properties in South Melbourne, Brunswick, Essendon North, and Morwell, culminating in the arrest of a 45-year-old man from Morwell. The suspect now faces multiple charges related to drug trafficking, firearms, and bail offences. The seemingly innocuous Lego sets, the police believe, were part of the suspect’s proceeds from his criminal activities.

Beyond the stash of cherished toys, the police confiscated significant quantities of drugs, with a street value surpassing $600,000. Adding to the gravity of the operation, ingredients capable of producing approximately $2 million worth of methamphetamine were discovered.

In addition to illegal substances, a firearm, illegal steroids, and luxury timepieces were among the seized items. The collection of watches included a Rolex and four Breitling pieces, further underscoring the scale of the suspect’s alleged criminal enterprise.
