US rap megastar Kanye West will be among the sold-out San Siro crowd for this evening’s match between Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. The newspaper adds that the total gate receipt for the Champions League clash will be around €9 million.

In recent days, an unexpected link has emerged between US rapper West and Inter.

The 46-year-old recently released the album “Vultures 1” in collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign.

That album contained two tracks, “Stars” and “Carnival” which featured samples of chants from Inter ultras group the Curva Nord.

That naturally brought attention to the Nerazzurri from outlets and fans who wouldn’t typically show much interest.

And now, West is further solidifying his apparent new links to Inter.

The US rapper will be in attendance at the San Siro this evening. He will be among the over 70,000 spectators watching the Nerazzurri take on Atletico in a Champions League round of sixteen first leg.
