Danni Wyatt comes into the middle with the visitors having to win

England won the toss and decided to bowl against Australia

England will have another run chase as they aim to keep the Ashes alive after Heather Knight put Australia into bat in the opening ODI in Canberra.

Australia have handed an ODI debut to legspinner Alana King after she featured in the T20Is and the Test. Megan Schutt returns with Annabel Sutherland, who helped rescue a draw for the home side on Sunday, left out from the Test side.

Danni Wyatt returns to the middle order for England as they lengthen the batting order with offspinner Charlie Dean dropping out of the side. It means that Sophie Ecclestone is the one specialist spinner in the XI although Knight can bowl offspin.

Australia, who lead the multi-format series 6-4, can retain the Ashes with victory in this match. England have to take the ODIs 3-0 to regain them.

Australia 1 Alyssa Healy, 2 Rachael Haynes, 3 Meg Lanning (capt), 4 Ellyse Perry, 5 Beth Mooney, 6 Tahlia McGrath, 7 Ashleigh Gardner, 8 Jess Jonassen, 9 Alana King, 10 Darcie Brown, 11 Megan Schutt

England 1 Tammy Beaumont, 2 Lauren Winfield-Hill, 3 Heather Knight (capt), 4 Nat Sciver, 5 Amy Jones (wk), 6 Sophia Dunkley, 7 Danni Wyatt, 8 Katherine Brunt, 9 Sophie Ecclestone, 10 Anya Shrubsole, 11 Kate Cross
