A disbelieving Western Sydney woman says she plans to stop working "seven days a week", buy her own house and "go on some holidays" after winning tonight's entire $100 million Oz Lotto jackpot.

The winning numbers for draw 1616 were 3, 34, 35, 26, 44, 39, 36, with supplementary numbers 5, 45, 6.

The prize was the biggest Oz Lotto jackpot in more than a decade and only beaten by a handful of Powerball draws in recent years.

Lottery organisers said the Elizabeth Hills woman was the largest individual winner in the draw's history.

Who is this? Why are you calling this late?" she said when she got the news, according to officials from The Lott.

"What the hell. Can you repeat that? Oh my god. Don't lie to me.

"You better not be pranking me. I don't know whether to believe you or not."

She told the representative she was falling asleep after Married at First Sight finished and was worried something was wrong when she received so many calls.

"I love my job, but I won't need to work seven days a week anymore. It's actually really nice to think that I won't need to work," she said.

"I'll finally be able to buy a place of my own. It's so exciting.

"I'll start treating myself more. I'll go on some holidays."

Lottery organisers were expecting up to a third of Australian adults to buy a ticket.

"The last time Oz Lotto offered a jackpot of this magnitude was over a decade ago in November 2012, so this is an offer you won't want to miss," The Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said on Monday.

"It's hard to put into words what it's like to tell someone they've won a multimillion-dollar prize."
