Qantas drops global sale, with half a million seats on offer from $529

Qantas has dropped its International Red Tail sale, offering discounted fares across all cabins from most Australian capital cities to virtually every overseas destination in its network.

London or New York-bound? This sale has you covered, with economy fares ex-Sydney starting at $1,799. How about Perth to Paris nonstop from $1,909? And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

With fares starting from $529 return for Economy and $999 return for Business, the international sale coincides with the end of school holidays. 

“As school holidays come to an end, many Australians will be looking to book their next getaway to ease the post-holiday blues,” a Qantas spokesperson said. 

“This international sale gives Australians the opportunity to lock in discounted fares to some of the most in-demand international destinations, including our new route between Perth and Paris.”

The sale runs until 11.59pm (AEDT) on 5 February 2024, unless sold out before this, covering a range of travel periods between February and December this year.

Available on the Qantas website or through travel agents, fares include checked baggage, complimentary food and beverages and seat selection.
