Slater and Gordon: No client data has been leaked in all-staff email

The legal firm’s chief executive, Dina Tutungi, assured staff no client data was leaked, amid a growing investigation into an all-staff missive that detailed workforce pay and heavily criticised management.
Slater and Gordon has assured staff that no client data was leaked when a rogue email was sent en masse last week that included their pay and performance data, triggering a crisis at the law firm.
At an emergency meeting on Monday, chief executive Dina Tutungi said the firm’s investigation was focusing on whether the email was sent by one or more former staff members or a combination of current and former staff. It was the second emergency meeting held at the firm since Friday.
