The Sunrise Cash Cow is back on Sunrise.

On Monday, Nat and Shirvo made the announcement, with the beloved cashed-up barnyard animal back to give away thousands of dollars to viewers. Each day, $2000 will be available to winners.

If the winner doesn’t answer the call in three rings, the money will jackpot to the next call.

The jackpot amount will be in $2000 increments.

In order to enter, viewers must visit the Sunrise Cash Cow Competition page on the Sunrise website and successfully complete and submit the entry form.

“We have a beloved member of the Sunrise family are joining us - the Cash Cow is back,” Shirvo said on the show.

Shirvo joked the Cash Cow was on “maternity leave”, bringing along a youngster, the cash calf.

“The Cash Cow will give away $2000 each day,” Nat said.

“If the winner doesn’t pick up the phone within three rings the money will grow until the following day.

“People have loved the Cash Cow for many years.

“We are so excited to have her and her calf back. We want to share the cash with Sunrise viewers.

“So, to enter, you will need to be watching to catch our daily code word and then you have to answer our call within three rings.

“If you don’t answer your phone but you are called you will also get $100.”

The competition will run from Monday, February 17 and finish on Thursday, March 13.
