Look, while I admit I wish SZA won Album of the Year at The Grammys, our girl did claim victory in three other categories, giving us all something to celebrate. (On top of that iridescent orange Marni dress.) For the artist's antipodean audience, however, the celebrations continue. SZA has just announced she's bringing her SOS Tour to Australia and New Zealand in April 2024. Find all the details, below.

When is SZA coming to Australia and New Zealand?

It's the first time SZA will touch down in Australia since July 2019. The artist will disembark in New Zealand first, for two shows in Auckland on April 15 and 16, before flying across the ditch to Australia.

Her first stop in Australia will be Brisbane on April 19, then she will fly to Sydney and Melbourne respectively, for two shows. Unfortunately, there are no tour dates for Perth or Adelaide. The timing of her SOS Tour also cancels out any rumours that SZA would make an appearance on the Splendour in the Grass lineup for 2024. See the Australian tour dates below:

  • Friday 19 April: Brisbane, Brisbane Entertainment Quarter
  • Tuesday 23 April: Sydney, Qudos Bank Arena
  • Wednesday 24 April: Sydney, Qudos Bank Arena
  • Monday 29 April: Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
  • Tuesday 30 April: Melbourne, Rob Bank Arena

How to get tickets to see SZA in Australia

Live Nation will be selling pre-sale tickets for the SZA SOS Tour. The pre-sale will go live at 2pm, Friday February 9, and will finish at 1pm, Monday February 12.

Following the pre-sale, tickets will go live to the general public on February 12 at 2pm. Find tickets at the Live Nation website or Ticketek.

Who is supporting SZA on her Australian tour?

There's no word yet on a supporting act. However, we can't wait to see Australian artists share a stage with the goddess of R&B. If we had to choose, Chanel Loren, Ashli, GLO or Becca Hatch would be our pick.

Stay inspired, follow us.
