Investors have now passed a harsh judgment on the company’s governance problems.

It’s unusual to endorse directors who walk away from problems at the company whose shareholders, staff and customers they are meant to guide.

Yet the four directors of WiseTech Global who resigned en mass on Monday had little alternative given the “intractable” governance issues at Australia’s largest listed technology firm.
